The newest is research from the European Space Agency who have come out with a list on ten plants that will provide all the needed nutrition including vitamin B12 as is in meat.The list has been compiled by a group of Chef's that made as many dishes as possible. Scientists stood by taking notes and evaluating the requirements of a daily diet. Below are some of the ten below.
